About Us

Jurong Shipyard Pte Ltd (JSPL) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Sembcorp Marine Ltd, a company listed on the SGX Mainboard.

Jurong Shipyard has over four decades of experience in the marine engineering business. Our history dates back to as early as 1963 when Jurong Shipyard Ltd was established as a joint-venture between the Government of Singapore and Ishikawajima Harima Heavy Industries Co Ltd (IHI) of Japan. Today, JSPL is a one-stop total shipyard offering a comprehensive range of services in shiprepair, shipbuilding, ship conversion, rig building and offshore engineering.
